Kyle Winn

Kyle Winn is a sterile manufacturing, GMP and GDP professional with extensive experience across NHS aseptic services, pharmaceutical operations, quality systems and regulated training environments. He currently works part-time in the NHS as Head of Production and has held senior accountable roles including Head of Production and Head of Quality.

He has supported MHRA inspection readiness, operational improvement, documentation control, facility transition and workforce development programmes.

Kyle is co-creator of Help Me GxP, a free online training and education platform designed to make GMP, GDP and pharmaceutical quality concepts easier to understand. Help Me GxP provides accessible content through YouTube, Spotify and online resources, supporting new starters, trainees and experienced professionals who want practical explanations of regulatory expectations, quality systems and compliance principles.

Kyle is Director of WinnPharma Ltd, a specialist consultancy supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers, aseptic services and healthcare organisations with GMP/GDP compliance, audit readiness, capacity planning, documentation systems, supplier qualification and practical operational improvement. Through WinnPharma, he works with teams to ensure procedures are not only compliant, but clear, usable and capable of being followed consistently in practice.

He is also Director of W2 Cleanroom Consulting Ltd, which supports cleanroom design, user requirement specifications, GMP design review, contamination control strategy, commissioning readiness, qualification and operational implementation. This work gives Kyle a strong appreciation of how facility design, quality systems, training and human behaviour must come together to protect product quality and patient safety.
